Investment Strategy
This is a dynamic asset allocation fund that gives investors the freedom from manual asset allocation of equity and debt. This fund does it for you based on the market conditions giving you a balanced growth – Less volatile, more Stable. This fund Provides systematic mobility between equity, fixed income and arbitrage investments without compromising tax efficiency. This fund couldn’t have come at a better time…when the markets are very choppy and at a higher valuation.
The investment model of this fund is broadly based on trailing NIFTY PE which means to say that the fund manager will reduce the equity exposure when the valuations are high/risky and increase the equity exposure when the market valuations are low/favorable. This will ensure lower volatility and stable returns. To fine tune the allocation, the fund manager will also look at Fundamental attributes like P/B, market cap to GDP and trend/sentiment data. Trend/sentiment data include rolling returns (long range and short range), volatility, 52WH/L etc

Nifty 50 Hybrid Composite Debt 50:50 Index which is based on 50% Nifty 50 TRI and 50% of Nifty Composite Debt Index.
