Investment Strategy


Allocation to equity 20-45%, Arbitrage 20-70% and debt + money market instruments 10-35%.

For equity portion 

  • Large Caps (70-80% of Equity Allocation@) – Aims to provide stability to the Fund
  • Mid and Small Caps* (15%-30%of Equity Allocation@) – Allocation based on better growth outlook and valuation gap with Large caps
  • Idea is to invest in growth companies at reasonable valuations, from a long term perspective

For Arbitrage Portion – Employ cash-futures arbitrage aiming for benefiting from price variations

For Debt Portion – Accrual based strategy in highly rated debt and money market instruments

The investment objective of the scheme is to provide capital appreciation and income distribution to the investors by using equity and equity related instruments, arbitrage opportunities, and investments in debt and money market instruments.
